Scanmark LTD is providing software and services to the West Virginia Supreme Court and Greenbrier County West Virginia that allows easy digital access to historical case files. The services are provided through a virtual web server that allows administrators to access millions of pages of case archives through a web browser. The service has also been made available to Pocahontas County WV and is funded by the West Virginia Supreme Court.
