Scanmark LTD is working with two clients on the adoption of Canvas learning management software by Instructure. Mark Starcher, President of Scanmark LTD, attended the CanvasCon meeting in Washington DC in November 2011 and discussed pilot programs with Instructure executives.

Mark Starcher, President of Scanmark LTD will be attending the annual Kuali Days meeting in Indianapolis November 14-16. Scanmark is working with several clients investigating the use of Kuali for student tracking and university financial applications.

Scanmark LTD has been selected to work with the WV Municipal Bond Commission on the review and purchase of a new bond provisioning and maintenance system.
